Crystal Piper, MA, LPC
I was born and raised in Franktown, Colorado. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2003 from the University of California, Santa Barbara and did a minor in music. I went on to get my Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I then worked for 14 years with middle and high school aged students in a high needs school where the students went through many traumas and often times came from difficult situations. I am conversationally fluent in Spanish and I'm comfortable doing therapy in "Spanglish" with clients who are learning English (we can practice together!).
Outside the office, I have twin 9 year old boys who are the lights of my life! We love playing board games, playing with our two dogs, and I love watching them at all of their sporting events and music recitals! Being a parent is the both one of the hardest and most rewarding thing I have done!
One reason that I love being a counselor is that I have been through a lot in my life and counselors helped me to reach my full potential. I believe that everyone needs support at some point in their life, and I would love to work with you towards your goals in all areas of your life!
